Why Design matters?

Design is of the utmost importance when building a brand! Without considering UX, it's possible that you might fall victim to the 'user experience trap' and find that your whole business has fallen flat. The design should remain consistent with your brand image and either help customers feel something positive or leave them feeling relieved.

Our Design Process

Step One

The first step of the design thinking process is to gain an empathic personal understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. To perform this step, one must consult experts to find out more about the area of concern by observing people, immersing yourself in their environment and empathizing with others who have experienced similar problems in order to understand their experiences and motivations.

Step Two

Define (the Problem)

During the Design stage, you need to distill your observations and create a rough design of what it is that you want to create. This helps you define the product correctly by coming up with ways in which the problem can be solved while also defining what exactly it is you want to solve in the first place. You should look at revising some of your assumptions right now as well.

Step Three

In the third stage of the Design Thinking process, designers are ready to begin generating ideas. You’ve grown to understand your end users and their needs in the Empathise stage, and you’ve dissected and synthesised your observations in the Define stage, ending up with a human-centered problem statement.

Step Four

During the testing phase, designers or evaluators will highly scrutinize how customers interact with a specific product. They'll make sure that it delivers on all of the quality, safety, and other performance requirements that make up its core value. One way to ensure superior product quality is by conducting thorough market research and to always test new products in real-life situations both in and out of your lab. The earlier you can get there, the better!

Step Five

A process is a set of organized steps that are carried out in an established order to accomplish some process or result. These steps may include figuring out what ingredients and quantities you want to use as well as forecasting any possible sources and risks involved in creating the end product.
